HI,
I had a recharge on 25th Dec 2018 with amount Rs.399 for 84 days unlimited call/msg/roaming/sms but after 70 days package got removed and now i not able to access any kind of vodaphone service since 5th March.
i had a multiple time call in vodaphone customer Care but every time my call got disconnected by advisor side and when i asking for escalation / speck with the supervisor no one hepled my.
i am in big problem since last 2 days .
always given wrong commitment from customer care team and also rude and unprofessional behavior with me by call.
please look into this issue and close the case on top priority.
i want to total 84 days package validity till 18th March + 3 days non uses service of vodaphone.
