Hi,
I activated the Rs.500 per day roaming plan for my international travel but Vodafone told me that the Baltics (I was travelling to Estonia) is not a partner country so they will not be able to provide services to me over there. Despite this, they have charged me Rs.28,000 for roaming data. I had NO SIGNAL in Estonia so how is it possible that I would have used this much data? Please help – I know a lot of customers who have faced problems like this where Vodafone is charging them unfairly and threatening with legal notice if we don’t pay. What can be done to end this issue once and for all?
We need to appeal to them for clearer communication with their clients and ACTUAL service – first on client’s phones when they travel and 2nd with their customer service.
