Hello, I had visited your Vodafone store in Bandra on 4th Jan 2019 to update my address and had provided my aadhar card as proof. Service request number: 504751850. However my address has been incorrectly updated.
I also asked to change my corporate plan to a prepaid one however the customer service representive offered me a 299 plan and didn’t inform me of any conversion charges. I have called several times after that as well contacted the complaints team who confirmed to me that I was on a 299plan. In Feb I get a bill of 463.77 which I have paid on the 17th of Feb.
Now I get a bill for March 2019 for Rs 1008.46. When I complained to ask what it is for am being told it is for conversion charges for account separation and am not on a 299 but 399plan which means all this while you people have been lying to me. Not only was I not informed that there is an account separation charge but also my plan was never changed to 299.

Am complaining as why I was told that I would be given a 299plan but not given .
Why was I not told there is a charge of 455 for conversion of accounts
When I had provided my aadhar card as proof of document why did I have to complain more than 5 times to get the correct address updated.
Customers take timeout to visit the store but you people just bluff them. Please pay me compensation for harassment. Due to your incompetent customer service representatives why should I pay Rs 1008.46. If you check my billing history I neither make calls or use the SMS or data feature . Just because I have a Vodafone number you cant bill be incorrectly.
