Vodafone is unable to issue a replacement SIM Card of Karnataka circle in Kolkata. I have shifted to Kolkata recently and after that lost the SIM here. But Vodafone Stores and customer care and the appellate authority failed to provide a duplicate SIM since I lost my phone on 18th April. It has almost been a month now. I am unable to do any transactions or login into any account now due to OTP restrictions . This number is linked to all my banks and social and government accounts and hence I cannot change it almost everywhere.
