i am shripad tendulkar
my vodafone postpaid no-9272244633
on 8th jan i am sending Postpaid to Prepaid request
& submited documents also but… request fail why i dont know
On 21 feb i am clear all bills also paid 345/- on 23 feb
& Send 2nd Request for postpaid to Prepaid
Aadhar Card also given to Vodafone Gallery..
Msg recive me from gallery with in 10 days my card convert postpaid to prepaid
Once again on 6 march call recive from your Vodafone Gallery Alibag that
e-aadhar is not accepted by company so my request Again Reject…
Its totaly cheating i am provide e-aadhar while purchasing card that time it will be accepted..
I am complaint on 191 no dated 06/03/2019 my complaint no-515820524
Customer care Commited me that with in 2 Days My Problem, Solve…
Now my new bill Generated Its Totaly Cheating By vodafone …
