Text of Complaint by HUMERA SULTANA:
My sim outgoing services are going to suspend today & I was getting messages from vodafone since past few days that my vodafone outgoing services will be suspended on 19 Dec 2018 & to extend validity of services, they are asking me to recharge with unlimited packs or All-Rounder Packs (199/399/499)
Even though my sim validity was till 2022 they reduced the validity…
This is wrong on company’s part to trouble the consumers in this manner.
This matter should be viewed seriously.
