As can be seen in the attached screen shot recharge of Rs 500 gives unlimited validity. However, after 28 days I am told that my outgoing will stop unless I recharge with a valid plan.
Why should I recharge as my plan should give me unlimited talktime till my amount is consumed.
Please also refer to my email dated April 2 2019 to Vodafonecare.mah@vodafoneidea.com which to date remains unanswered.
