I have noticed that for my Vodafone no 9823356726 my tariff plan has been changed recently without my consent. Please advise who has provided a nod for changing the plan.. If Vodafone don’t have a certain plan, they should at least call and ask the customer for his consent, this is similar to bank withdrawing your money without your consent and just sending a message.
