Text of Complaint by Adil Kamalsha:

Hi,

Vodafone Karnataka suspended my sim and it is been 3 days now even after paying the old Airtel connection bill. The dormant bill for Airtel was paid on 28th August and even the Customer service were notified with the receipt but still my sim was suspended on 6th Sep 2020. Been following up with the customer care no resolutions still. A really upsetting experience.
