Text of Complaint by Nitin Jha:

Hi Team,

Myself Nitin Jha from Kolkata and I want to register a COMPLAINT against one of your Vodafone Customer Support employee.

Unable to recall his name But I had a discussion with him on 1-July-18 i.e SUNDAY around 6.10 PM IST.

When I called customer care for the issue, he picked up the phone and I explained him the entire issue and
it seemed that he was not interested in the issue and later when I said that I want to talk to the Supervisor, he denied that and disconnected the phone call.

I didn’t expected such poor customer handling from the Vodafone Customer care as I myself is using Vodafone for such a long time.

I dont think he was even HAPPY TO HELP as per your slogan.

How can some one be so rude, being in customer service. Neither was he interested in listening to me.

Planning to change my Service Provider after this incident. And going forward I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to any of the Friends or In CIRCLE. Becasue I don’t want
them get suffer.
