Today, I visited Vodafone store in Punjabi Bagh where I met with an arrogant executive Mr.Vijay and I told him that my two numbers are temporary out of service so please help me out. He provided me wrong details and asked me that the only option is to get this number converted into postpaid number with a compulsory plan of 399+GST each. I asked him why vodafone is forcing prepaid consumers to convert into postpaid. He rudely replied that this is the only option available else your number will be issued to someone else. He did not provided me with the request number and told that he has emailed to his boss for approval and told me to come after 3 days. I then visited the Store in Tilak Nagar Jail Road and got the same response from another bastard Mr. Ravi there. I agreed for the same however due to failure of POI the conversion request from prepaid to postpaid got rejected. In the end, I visisted another store in Paschim Vihar and the girl there guided me properly and with a recharge of only Rs.65 and 35 my both number gets activated.
I have all the video / audio recordings and relevant proofs of my conversation and I would like to go to the consumer court in case strict action is not taken against that both the bastards Mr. Vijay & Mr. Ravi.
