I am visiting vodafone store more than one month, they are not providing proper solution of my query for number portability from vodafone to other ISP.
Every time, help associates will provide a hypothetical answer and they will send back, stating wait for week, wait for next monday…etc. Today, the senior person(may be owner of store) used abusing words and he called local goons to throw me out from store.
later i came to know, this person always used to use such language. I want my number to be ported , dont want to stay with Vodafone for single second.
let me know what i need to follow the process to make this person understood.
