DEAR SIR,
we initially went with a request of converting our postpaid sim into a prepaid sim
the staff had given us a prepaid sim later. the given prepaid sim nor the earlier postpaid sim is working
To convert the sim from postpaid to prepaid the staff had taken 15 days payment from us already. when we tried to reach out to them at the VI STORE, near the clock tower, Secunderabad – 500003. the staff was on leave for 4 days. For 4 days, my sim shows no service and when we tried to contact them through the helpline we weren’t able to connect to them. we have had a lot of problems because of this issue from the VI Service.
