I changed my Post paid plan to prepaid. I submitted AADHAR Card & Photo. Vodafone store changed my surname. I am working in office from 9-00 am to 8-00 pm. Therefore, I cannot go to vodafone store for verification. Vodafone store should correct their mistake without calling me pesonally to vodafone store. Please resolve the issue immediately.
