If Vodafone is such a big brand then they should really train their Staff on behavioural communication attributes…
I had this bad experience from staff Arjun located at Goregaon West Near Citicenter. My first objection is staff is bias …one person at one counter is the rule but staff Neelam has two customer dealing at her counter….Myslf awaiting long when claimed this delay , Staff Arjun spoken in pathetic language to me….He said in Hindi Pata Ni na apna kaam karo etc….Also I had two back to back visits at gallery due to their incomplete knowledge at KYC identification …When brought voter Id they refused,Aadhar refused, Voter Color Xerox demanded …pls check in CC TV camera and take actions against Vodafone staff so that they would not Misbehave and speak arrogantly with customer…I specifically had bad xprnce from Staff….Arjun….I am from Kotak Bank but we manage good relations with customer……..I need action to be taken against Arjun Vodafone Staff.
