I Siddhesh Pitale writing this to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service provided at Vodafone store at Bhayandar West opposite maxus mall Vrindavan building shop no 8,9 and 10,11

I have visited your store yesterday in evening at 6.30 pm dated 03-03-2019 I have met to your employee name -cheryll Vargis and she told us that system was down then we have explained her that we are also working we can only visit on weekends only because last Sunday also we have visited same statement was given to us that system is not working is this the way and she was having so casual attitude and she was not ready to listen my query I have asked her that I am holding a postpaid vodafone sim card and I want to port it into Vodafone prepaid but she is saying that I can’t check your data and have to come again next day and I have told her that why you are giving same statements on every Sunday where is store manager then she told us that tell me your bill amount then she checked the details after we urged her and then she told her that we have to pay extra 350 rs apart from bill amount and she told me to submit my photograph and physical documents adhar and pan card,she was not ready to explain us the details also what kind of employee you have she wants to go home or don’t want to do her job what is getting paid off.

Then another employee came and told us systems are working there were two contradictory statements provided and I will definitely and you can check your camera how much time I have visited, while porting from Airtel to Vodafone they have not asked for the documentation and now she is asking for all my physical documents and don’t know how to speak with customers.she was literally murmuring while I left the store , please check camera

And then I have visited to nallasopara East Vodafone store near station road the guy has provided so quick service he has not taken any physical documents because already my adhaar card was in system at the time of porting and he was so quick and provided me with all resolution I am happy with the service provided at nallasopara East store.

your staff of bhayandar is so harsh to customer name is provided because the lady cherrly Vargis at Bhayandar West store is not ready to provide employee id and store manager name and store manager name is nikhat Ali and she told me to pay 350 extra charges and the guy at nallasopara has not taken any charges because this is not way you treat your customers and yesterday I was about to switch again to Airtel but because of the service provided at Vodafone Store at nallasopara East now I am not switching to Airtel.

  • Hoping for immediate action, please educate your bhayandar Vodafone staff and expecting response from your side.
