Text of Complaint by Mayur Ralhan:

Hi,

This mail is to inform you that I am a Vodafone user from last 5 years and my mobile number is 9167292914.
I was facing internet & call drop issues from last 4 months and was trying to get some solution from your costumers support team. Few days back I got to know that my sim is very old and I need to replace it at nearest Vodafone center.
I visited Vodafone center (Link road, Malad west) on 24th february’2019 at around 5 pm in the evening. when I reached the location there were 2 staff one was male and other was female.
I approached them for my queries and asked him to replace my sim card. he asked about my ID proof against which I showed them my driving licence, then he asked me to wait for 5 minutes and said the madam is inside and she will provide the sim card once she comes out. he checked my licence and said this sim card doesn’t belongs to you and this card is at your father’s name, and  asked me to bring my father along with me.
I informed him that father is not keeping well and will not be able to come to the store. I asked him to let me know what other details he require as in ID or address proof of my father to solve this query.
He said it is not possible so I requested him to stop the services. then also he asked me to bring my father to the Vodafone store. I requested him couple of times to let me know other way outs to resolve my case.
at the same time other female staff who was inside the cabin came out and started shouting at me ” tum log ko samajh nahi aata, ek baar bola nahi ho sakta to phir bhi time waste kar rahe ho yaha per baith kar”. I requested both the staff to maintain their tones and asked them to apologies to me. instead of apologizing to me she started abusing me and my family.
I was very irritated because of their abused tone and banged my hand on their system. she even tried to abuse me physically. she picked mouse of her system and tried to hurt me, but security guy intervened and saved me. she was threatening me to lodge a complaint in Police that I touched her and abused her.
I sat there quite sometime for police to come, asked for a glass of water as I was feeling very uneasy after all these issues happened. Security guy was about to give me water but male staff asked him not to give water to me. After denied glass of water I lost my temper and left from that premises.
I called to your customer care number multiple times in the evening and informed about the situation. after that I received a call from mobile number 9167284144 which is registered on the name of Bipin Thakur. He again abused me and asked me why I complained in customer care. I disconnected his call in 28 seconds.
My father also called me saying that he received a call from vodafone number 7506600143 which is registered on the name of Nilu Pawar, and they were too rude and abusive with him. He was very panicked as he is a high blood pressure patient  and was very worried about me.
Here I need support and action from your end to get the solution at the earliest. I want action to be taken against both the staffs available at the vodafone store on Sunday dated 24/02/2019.
