Its really sad to say that vodafone has gone down in their services drastically.
I changed my sim card on 1st August and from that day i am not able to either send or receive sms.
Have complained many times on the call centre. “Your problem will be resolved in 7 working days” is the answer i get everytime.
Also been to vodafone gallery. Their commitments also failed.
So what next vodafone. Its been 15 days. I need “Independence ” from your torture. Plz do something today itself.
Or it’s my last day with Vodafone today (was loyal for 10 years).
