My mobile# 9880505094 and my wife’s mobile # is 9538999070, both of us have subscribed to 4G services of Vodafone and have taken a plan accordingly. Since last 6 months, I am not getting required speed while connecting to internet. Most of the time pages load slowly, I have done network speed test and most of the day data connectivity will be around max. 60kbps, maximum it has gone upto 250kbps. This has impacted my work severely. I have lodged multiple service requests with Vodafone to look into the matter, have escalated to ‘Nodal.kar@vodafone.com’ & ‘appellate.kar@vodafone.com’ also. All the time I get response that issue is being looked into by the technical team but nothing has been done in the last 6 months, neither they have given a date by when the issue will be resolved.
I expect the issue to be resolved urgently or refund me the amount that I have paid in the last 6 months for both the mobile numbers
