I have enough balance in my vodafone, but I got a msg as outgoing is expired, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. To recharge for validity, I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge. Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud.
