Hi,
My Vodafone SIM suddenly failed to detect tower. I was toldm by a retailor that I need to exchange it for a Vi SIM. I have tried multiple times to exchange the SIM at both the retailor and the Vi store, Inda, Kharagpur. But, all my attempts have failed. Moreover, no one is able to tell me how I can activate my Vodafone/Vi SIM. They are also not answering my calls.
