Dear sir
I am customer of Vodafone prepaid no 9988855783.sir my no got inactivate due to non recharge of RS 35 and now when I came to know they inactivate my no I port my other Vodafone phone no their portability team ensure me that your number will activate now you just have to go to store when I went to store they compel me you have to take postpaid connection otherwise your number will not activate I have a record call of their customer care in which she clearly told your number will activate this is totally cheating to me and please take stringent action against company.kindly help me.
