Hi Team,
I have enough balance in my account but recently I received message from Vodafone saying the SIM expiry date. To extend the validity we need to do minimum recharge this is what the response we are receiving from customer care. This is really causing inconvenience and is forcing customers to do minimum recharge,
Please check the issue at the earliest and protect consumer rights.
