I am writing this email regarding the sim activation i have visited the stores but still am not getting proper solution for the concern.I have raised complaint aldo doct number 1562397274 .
I have took the Vodafone sim in Delhi i have used in under Delhi network also when i got transfer to Karnataka i have changed the network to Karnataka network.I have used the sim under Karnataka from past 4 years now the sim is deactivated because i haven’t used from 56 days.
So when i went to store for reactivation of the sim the Karnataka store employees told me that they cannot reactive the sim as under Karnataka circle it crossed the limit so the sim is under Delhi network so i have called the customer care also they also told me to visit Delhi store in person or else my friends can also visit and can ask for reactivation.when my friend visited the Delhi store they have told that it comes under different network idea so i have to visit idea store.When i took the sim under Vodafone network how come it is now under network.
Even though i have contacted idea store they are telling that the number is not in use from 2014 so it cant be activated.How come it showes 2014 even i used till march 2019.I am not getting any proper solutions from customer care nor store employees.This is is way that they treat the customers.
