Dear sir,
I’m Pradeep Patidar my Vodafone no. Is 8517967099. On 25june 2018 my cellphone was stolen so my sim card also with. So I’m goes to nearest Vodafone mini store Ratlam (m.p.) for this sim card deactivate and same no. Sim replacement .
He is given me new SIM card and say after 30 minutes your sim card activated . But my sim card onword 30 June 2018 not activated.
When I’m talk with customer care he says your old sim card is activated and no one has requested for sim replacement.
And right now I’m in Gujrat for job. Sir all time I’m not able to travel for my hometown . Plz problem solve it. Because this number is used last four years and this number is added every where bank account, credit card ,in corporate office every where so any one can frauds with me . Sir plzz help me
