Text of Complaint by chandragiri Hemadri:

My name is Hemadri. I am a post paid member and my number is 9791202034.

I paid 5999 plan for International roaming from May 1st to 28 days. This plan is activated, but I am unable to get incoming or outgoing calls in Seoul and also not able to send or receive any messages. Daily I called to customer care, they are not able to resolve the problem. Now 12 days over, waste of money and waste of time, I am facing difficulties to get for calls here. Kindly help, its almost 12 days over from activation
