Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sunil Ahuja and my mobile number is 9999879476.

i want to complaint against the vodafone shield samrtphone protection security.

i am using Xiomi Poco F1 phone and got damage on 5th Decemeber 2018 i asked to custmore care and i have submit all the related document to concern department and they told me on 26th December that you claim has repudiated due to non submission of claim .

i called them again for reopen the case and submitted all documents and letter request for reopen but still i am not getting any answer from them.Please help .
