I have been using Vodafone for nearly 3 to 4 years. My usage was anyway very less. Now suddenly I started receiving sms stating my services have been stopped both outgoing as well as incoming. I have balance in my account still. They are texting me to recharge with an unlimited pack to restart the services. How could they force their customers, why should I recharge when there is enough amount of balance left in my account.
