No body replied till now.
Its been long i am facing issues with Vodafone I called vodafone care multiple times for my complaint but it seems vodafone is not ready to help. Below are few complaint numbers

But unfortunately no actions taken yet.
I have taken international roaming facilities with Vodafone on my no 9999909957 on 5th Feb for Germany the pack which was offered was rs 3500 approx and Rs 149 to activate international roaming. The agent guided me to use manual network when I reach Frankfurt I.e. vodafone.de and i asked i am flying via kuwait is this package applicable there he said no.
Now my flight was via kuwait and on airport I don’t know how but the network got connected with out using any network facility I have been charged almost Rs 15000 for some data which I have no idea how. If I have not selected any network manually then why are these charges. I am using international roaming services for the 1st time and ask all the questions on call and no body guided this.
Now my calls are barded since 26th Feb and nobody is resolving my issue. I am highly disappointed with Vodafone.
Every time I call agent asking to pay min amount and I have already paid rs 8500 last time.
Seeking for quick help.
