Hello Sir,

I had taken a new connection from Vodafone on 22nd jun for internet service purpose. I was told that a residential verification will be done within few days. Nobody came to my home for verification.
On 18-jul-2023 , received a bill of Rs 315.45 which i paid today before the due date (3rd Aug). After the payment when i checked to connect internet, i found my service were not active. when i called the customer service they initially tried to avoid providing information by saying that i have not provided the correct validation details. then he told me that verification officer called me and i didn’t provide the information. So, it is suspended. Nobody came to my home for verification and also when one person called me and asked me only about my building name and flat number which provided. Now i don’t know why he mentioned as not verified.

So, my compliant is about residence check and billing even when the account is suspended.
Request you to take action charging me without providing the service and not doing proper residence verification by visiting home and penalizing me to visit Vodafone service center to sort out the problem for their mistakes.
