This is the third email I m sending in regards to my iroam pack for Vodafone number 9769864434 that was activated on April 3. My amount is deducted in the last billing cycle and I am unable to use the service.
You are requested to revert on my email :
I would like to inform you that I am unable to access my number as it’s completely out of network since April 13 from 12 am. I cant call; nor receiving calls or can access data. I’m currently on iroam 28 days pack for USA; Texas state.
Can you please look into it and start the connectivity.
