Sir,
I am a Vodafone pre-paid user (8089867182). Today morning i found that my call/sms services are disconnected for this number. I was shocked since my balance was 34rs, still I am unable to use services. So I contacted your customer care and they informed to recharge with a valid plan. As a trial basis I recharged for Rs.10 still my services not resumed. I felt cheated by Vodafone.
