Text of Complaint by Vishakha:

I have been using Vodafone since long, prepaid sim, there was 3months plan for approx 500/- smthng, a yr before I had to buy new voda sim, from West Patel nagar branch Delhi, customer agents told me buy postpaid it has so many facilities,and for two sim plan u ll just have to pay 699 per month,I kept on denying no I don’t want,but vi agents insisted alot since morning I was in the vi center,so finally I decided okey ll buy postpaid,n if I ll not like the service I ll change it,my bill amount always use to 1200,1400,2500/- but never 699, after some months I went vi store to ask,what is this? I am not using anything but calls n texting why I am getting such hefty bill charge,I ask them pls I want to change my sim to prepaid,agents said no u can’t,after 6-9 months only u can change it,I asked her why didn’t u tel me on the 1st day,but as usual they didn’t listen,two days before I went to vi store,to ask pls change my postpaid to pre,the west Patel nagar branch vi store agents r so irresponsible n unprofessional,they don’t attend customer property,their behaviour n talking is so uncibilized and disgusting, they all r female agents there, everybody ll busy busy on the phone or roaming here n there, or sitting inside the room but to attend the customer, specially customer agent Aparna, Tanu, Tanuja,Cheena this fellows r so unprofessional, on visiting vi store they ll make u to wait n wait n wait,they ll ask wait for 5 min but they ll take more than hr or two, cz they r so busy on talking on phone,doing there personal gossiping, they don’t even realise customer is suffering, the day when I went to buy new sim n they handed over postpaid forcefully,for buying new sim they took my whole day,cz they weren’t able to do works efficiently, day before yesterday,when I went to convert post to prepaid in d morning there behaviour was rude, then I got call from your service asking why r u changing it pls tell us will solve it, like seriously? When u have appointed your agents in the store rather than helping customers they r busy in chit chatting,n at last when we r tired enough,suffered n exhausted,then u calling us n asking what’s wrong ? The other lady infront of me had the same issue ,getting extra bill for postpaid she came,n for her ur fellow agent called to service center n then they mad some concession n discount for her,it means u urself know that I r charging hefty amt of money on the name of postpaid ? So till the customer notices it u ll keep on charging n when he finally decides to change the sim, you will ask why? N what is the purpose of vi store agents? When they can’t solve query of customers, when they can’t attend them? Talk politely,b efficient, professional? The above mentioned lady’s are usefull for nothing ??,day before yesterday when I went to change my sim from past to prepaid, I had paid 1296 recharge for my postpaid, in the store itself the lady asked me to pay advance 530/- rs for postpaid, saying the day’s after 11th of may charges I said okey,I paid that, then she said for the prepaid sims also u ll have to make recharge, I was like why, she said first recharge ll be done from here only u ll have to pay 299/- each for two Sims ,I asked her when I was changing pre to post a yr before,my prepaid sim had balance, on asking the agent from the same vi store she told me ma’am ur prepaid sim balance will automatically come to your post sim, but it didn’t happen, and now you asking me to pay again ? She yes you ll have to ,that’s it . No explanation nothing ,they are just arrogant unprofessional lady’s ,I decided it’s better just get the hell of out of here ,n paid all the money,my simcards network was gone there itself ,she said ma’am max it takes 24 hrs but for you I guess sim is activated,you just call on 59059 n activate your sim, and your recharge will come, they customer agents knew my sim is activated, I came home I was waiting from morning till evening for my recharge to come, but it didn’t, so again I visited the vi store, but that lady hasn’t send my request of recharge which I din in the morning, there also she made me wait till 1 n half hour saying 5 min 5 min, I haven’t seen such unprofessional, unethical PPL before,since more than a year I am visiting this vi store at West patel nagar delhi, but there’s no change in behaviour of this lady customer agents of your, highly pathetic and disgusting, this is the reason now a days nobody wants to buy Vodafone simcard. you should really work on your agents and the service you provide to customers, and don’t force them to buy postpaid, they literally force everyone,why you doing so? Go and sell your postpaid sims to buisness man rich PPL,who can afford to pay such hefty charges a month, 1300-2500 / month one can buy grocery for a month n feed himself ,you are forcing n asking to buy postpaid to common men,how we r suppose manage this, your services r not just taking hefty charges but giving mental torture too,cause on top of your plans and services you have kept such unprofessional,arrogant, inefficient customer agents,
I am so disappointed with vi store at westpatel nagar delhi
