I am a Vodafone Subscriber. For past few months, VAS services are being activated without my knowledge and I never used them. Upon a series of complaints and queries, Vodafone responded that the services are activated from my internet uses.
Hence, I requested on 07-12-2017 to activate VAS Blacklist services (SR # 430735024). But Vodafone did not activate the service so I requested again on 02-01-2018 and informed to Appellate Authority by email on 02-01-2018. But the Appellate Authority responded that they have given me waiver and that the VAS are being activated from my Internet uses. However, they did not respond anything so far regarding my Service Request dated 07-12-2017 and 02-01-2018. Till date, despite of repeated requests, Vodafone has not activated the VAS Blacklist from my number (9401110456).
So, it has become my schedule to request Vodafone to stop unnecessary VAS services from my number and to give waiver.
I appeal to the Hon’ble Court to look into the matter and do the needful as I have been facing mental harassment from Vodafone for past few months.
