Hi,

I would like to inform you that Vodafone is charging their customer double bill of their rental plan. For example i have 399 rental but i have got 976rs bill. When i complaint in Vodafone customer care and social media team they didn’t help and asked me to pay complete amount. I had already paid my last month bill then why would i pay again? since no one is helping please look into this. Also i am not only customer who is facing this issue. there are lot of other people who are getting cheated by Vodafone.

Attached is the Oct 2021 bill which i paid but still Vodafone has added this Oct bill to Nov month as well.
