Hi
I have completely fed up with the calls and mails from vodafone services. since approximately one year , I am not using my phone number with vodafone. recently have paid my dues (December 20) and asked them to close my account. They have not closed the account due to their own issues and not every month they are submitting bills for payment.
have received notice from them that I should pay the outstanding.
I have record that I have paid my dues and asked them to close my account, why should I pay the amount which billed after my request submitted.
Kindly look into the matter. I am already facingly lot of issues in the personal life.. its just harrasement of the customers by vodafone.
