Text of Complaint by Mohammad Shahid:

I have been using Vodafone sim card for several years. From last many days, I am getting messages from Vodafone that outgoing services for my number(7795378272) will be stopped from 29/11/2018 unless I recharge with their unlimited pack, irrespective of my current balance Rs 95.45.

How can they force to subscribe to a particular recharge pack? This is a violation of my right to choose as a consumer. I have been using this number for many services and hence forced cancellation will be a great inconvenience to me.
