Hi Team,
This is to bring into your notice you My Vodafone Postpaid number 9650736150 bill for November month is Rs. 2294.38. I don’t understand why Vodafone activates Value added service without the consent of the user. I am not going to pay this much bill.
The same issue I have seen on consumer complaint website and you can see below. I have not dialed this kind of number and didn’t use this service. I have checked on internet many peoples have complained about this billing on the name of Special call 51717. I am collecting the relevant information regarding the same.
However, I never made such call and I never talk with anybody for such long duration. You can check my past bills. This is definitely big fraud.
This is not really fare billing.
Last Month also My Bill amount was Rs.470.82, they have charged Miscellaneous Charges. Still I have cleared my Dues. I have attached both month Bill amount, But this time I am not going to pay postpaid bill as I didn’t use the service.
