Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been a long time consumer with Vodafone and using number 7080440003 for my business purposes and for home as well. But today I received a call from the number 7318214890, and the caller introduces as representative of Vodafone and asked me for a VIP number.
As i did not need of any, I rejected. Soon after, he started talking in abusive language and even behave that cannot be acceptable at all. I tried to contact him 3-4 times after that but he kept on cutting the call.
Therefore I request you to take necessary action against him and arrange a call from his side as I want to talk to him. Or, lodging a complaint against the said culprit in the police station would be the last option for me. Hope you understand.
