Hi,
I have taken replacement sim for mobile number 9871996646 three times and still when I dial any number it shows error message”Not registered on network” and last sim I had taken from gurgaon south city1 Vodafone store on 12th nov.
After that I have visited Vodafone store sector 14 gurgaon and they assured me that issue will be resolved but all are false promises till date.
I m not able to use this sim from last two months.
So I m escalating this to you with hope that some day issue will be resolved and I will be using my Vodafone number for which I m paying the bill but not able to use the services.
