My father have vodafone postpaid connection, when i had ported in with vodafone they offered us 100rs+ gst rental plan with unlimited call and 1 gb data monthly. After 6 months uses they said that I have to Rs.350 for the same plan as rental+ gst and charges. They send me a bill of Rs. 417. The vodafone store never informed us about any plan change after six months or any thing. Why this type fraud service they are charging. Need immidiate action on this.
