Dear Sir/Madam
we have multiple CUG numbers of Vodafon but since 1 or 2 months it is not working properly so we have requested to port in Jio but on 14 th Aug -2019 Vodafon was rejected our portability requests because of outstanding payment.
after that I have checked the amount details with Vodafone representatives and they accepted in our account has not any outstanding on still 14 th aug so Vodafon is miss used of authority power and rejected our application for non valid reason.
for that I have also raised complaint in Vodafon care but nobody can call me or support me to resolve this issue still I am waiting for response. Many followup I had done but everyone is saying system not working so please call me after sometime.
so I think it Vodafon is intensely ely delay my portability request so please help me for same.
