Its been 12 days since i requested vodafone to change my plan to 349 from my present plan of 499. But they have been refusing to change my plan saying im not eligible as i have a higher value plan. Infact i was offered the same benefits of 349 plan for 499. So basically asking me to pay 499 for something that they are otherwise giving for 349. How is this legal?
