Hi,
I am AVNISH KUSHWAH and my Vodafone Postpaid mobile number: 8954484014. Which I got Ported in Jio Prepaid on 26.03.2019 against which Security deposit with outstanding was of 527.47/-which I was supposed to get within 45 days, Now 45 days are about to over I didn’t receive the same. While contacting to Vodafone Customer care they are making excuses and said to visit Nearest Vodafone store. After visiting the Vodafone store they refuses to receive the Security cheque.
Pls resolve the issue as soon as possible or take necessary action.
