When I made a request to change my postpaid plan from 399 to 501 monthly rental,they changed my plan to 1101per month and to exit the plan i have to pay 3000 cancel fee. Which I never opted for to cancel. Vodafone has to be thrown out of India as soon as possible which is causing more trouble to the Indian customers in the name of customer service they are trying to make money.Instead of providing network they started a cheat on their own customer for their survival.I hope this company doesn’t exist in the future.
