Hi,
I had one plus 5T mobile which was protected under the Vodafone red shield program. As my mobile device got damaged I raised a claim for the same.
My Claim No is 1991085880.
I submitted all the documents including invoice from Amazon mentioning purchase date & IMEI number.
After verification of documents, my claim was rejected as the original box of device was missing. I did give it in writing that we have misplaced the box but have all the documents which are required for the claim.
I still find it difficult to understand how the box of the phone is important for claim?!
