Sir, I made a mobile recharge of rupees 479 on 12th April via Google Pay. The amount has been deducted from my end and also G-pay transaction shows successful payment of rupees 479. But neither I have received any refund nor any mobile recharge is activated on my number. I have contacted Vodafone customer care regarding my issue but they are not resolving my issue.
Also, I have contacted my bank regarding this issue.. they shared to me a confirmation message stating that the transaction of rupees 479 from ICICI bank has been successfully credited to the beneficiary Vodafone Idea Limited account XXXXXXXX5001 on 12/04/2022 07:52:30 with RRN 210207469051. I’ve shared the RRN with the Vodafone customer care but I they were of no help. Its been almost a month from 12th April but my issue has not been resolved.
Kindly do the needful.
