I. recharged a Vodafone on 18.08.20through on line banking of Rs.249. and the money debited from account and recharge failed from Vodafone network problem. after i compaintVodafone customer care through mail and they said money will re credited within 07-days otherwise i want submit my bank statement . after 11 days money not credited and i submit the bank statement then he said that the amount was re credited because they did not clearly check the bank statement i.e the next day i recharge the same amount to the same mobile no that is also failed from banking error and that amount get back to the account at same time. and that transaction id was different from 18.08.20th transaction.
then i clarified that to customer care then again ask the same question recharge mode, recharging date another bank statements etc. till date my not get back to me
