Text of Complaint by Pradeep:

no outgoing and extremely slow internet even tough it is on 4g. recharged with the 508 pack. restarted the phone and other things. yet no outgoing and only 90kbps speed on 4g. very slow internet and cannot get in touch with the vodafone care because they arent picking up the call
Worst customer care, and they make you wait for several minutes and on top of that charge 50p per 3 minutes. last call i had to wait almost 15 minutes yet no response.
