Sir,

i have made a recharge of rs.100/- through icici net banking on 8-3-19 for my mobile no 9976903809 to vodafone. but it has not transferred to vodafone and i have not received any recharge confirmation. i have waited 7 days and more over still now but not find any solution for my payments as the bank has debited that amount to my account.

Though i have made complaint with both of them, they did not take any proper action and

bank asking confirmation of non receipt of amount from vodafone and vodafone has not confirmed the non receipt on the particular date.

i have directly re charged rs 50 and rs 100 directly through vodafone portal which are successfully accounted and re-charged my phone no by vodafone.

i have attached my bank details and vodafone recharge details history for your refernece.

please take appropriate action in this regard and do the needful.
